About the role

At FINCA Bank, I work on UX research and product design. I research, iterate on, and design interfaces for B2C and internal products. My projects include MB, WEB, MTS (Money Transfer System), SST (self-service terminals), the internal employee portal, and other solutions across the bank’s digital ecosystem.

My responsibilities span the full product design cycle: conducting research, defining both business and product metrics, and building and validating hypotheses—from interactive prototypes and A/B and usability tests to production-ready interfaces.

What I worked on

Research: I formulate and validate hypotheses across different metrics: Usability: Success Rate, Time on Task, SEQ Product and business: Conversion, Retention, Churn, NPS/CES, DAU/MAU/WAU I conduct quantitative and qualitative research, prepare focus-group scenarios, and interview users.

Design: I do most of my work in Figma, designing user flows, wireframes, interface concepts, interactive prototypes, and design systems. I structure design elements and the workspace so digital products remain consistent and easy to evolve.

I connect research findings with key product and business metrics to identify pain points, prioritize opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.

My approach

I balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Working across several digital products has taught me to view every interface not as an isolated screen, but as part of a unified ecosystem.

It is especially rewarding to see how research and thoughtful design simplify complex banking processes—for customers and employees alike.
