About the project

Yldam Cargo is a mobile app designed to make freight delivery management more transparent and convenient. It brings together the key stages of the logistics process: creating a shipment, calculating its cost, tracking its status, and viewing delivery details.

The product is designed for individual customers and small-business representatives who regularly send or receive cargo and need quick access to up-to-date information.

What I worked on

I was responsible for the mobile app’s UX/UI design. I began by studying the main delivery journeys, analyzing competitors, and identifying the difficulties users encountered when creating and tracking shipments.

Research showed that customers often had to contact support by phone or message to confirm a shipment’s location, weight, cost, or estimated delivery time. Information was scattered across different channels, making the process slow and unpredictable.

My approach

The app is built around the complete shipment journey: creating an order, handing over the cargo, tracking it, receiving it, and completing the delivery.

I paid particular attention to making essential information available at every stage and reducing the need to contact support. Clear statuses, a structured shipment history, detailed delivery information, and simple navigation help users always understand what is happening with their cargo.

The result is a cohesive mobile app concept that makes delivery more transparent, predictable, and convenient for both individual customers and small businesses.
